Spectral Paints LLC is looking for a warehouse associate / paint room technician on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, approximately 15 hours. There is typically opportunity to pick up extra hours when we need extra help. Preference will be given to employees with such availability. We are an online vendor of automotive aerosol touchup kits. Our order volume varies by season, but we have had a few years of solid growth and are in need of another employee who would like to jump in to our business and potentially grow in to a full time role.
As a paint room technician, you will be responsible for stocking and labelling blanks, filling paint cans, and the general upkeep/flow of the manufacturing process. Paint room technicians are expected to master the maintenance of our machines and adhere to our safety standards. Prospective employees MUST BE ABLE to wear a respirator while they work in the paint room.
At times, we may need help on the warehouse floor. Warehouse associates are responsible for assisting with general warehouse duties, including receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a desire to improve upon our model, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Starting pay is $22 per hour. Raises are considered and typically given generously as employees establish tenure/responsibility. As our business grows, full-time work may become available. Weekend shifts are usually 8AM-12PM or 9AM-1PM. Monday shifts are 8/9AM-3PM. Lunch is provided to the team on weekdays and we have a fully stocked snack/drink room for our employees.
