Machine Operator Highlights:
Monday – Friday
3rd Shift 11:00PM-7:00AM
Up to $21.00/hr. Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
Set up the DICL 5000 Machine according to job specifications and production needs.
Retrieve daily work files from workstations to facilitate the day’s production objectives.
Load materials and ensure proper alignment and feeding into the machine
Perform routine maintenance on machines such as cleaning, lubricating and making minor adjustments.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions or issues during production.
Inspect the quality of produced materials rigorously to meet organizational standards.
Perform quality checks using appropriate measuring tools and gauges such as micrometers
Report on any operational concerns or challenges to the Operations Manager for the department.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote operational efficiency.
Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Run daily production as trained and directed
Conduct inspection on materials produced.
Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing plant or similar multi-tasking environment operating machinery.
Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent; technical training preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and quality.
Ability to read and understand technical documents, including machine manuals and job specifications
Customer focused team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift to 40 pounds of material on an occasional basis
