Full Job Description:
Manufacturing Company (manufacturer of commercial drilling machines) in Lake Zurich is looking for Hydraulic Assembler.
Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic assembly equipment;
Knowledge of detailed and large scaled blueprints and schematics is a must;
Utilizing hand and power tools. Torque wrenches, pneumatic drills, impact drills, laser measuring tools and more. Assembly work will be done on each individual machine from basic skeleton to final product;
Electrical knowledge is a plus;
Machine building background is a plus;
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk; stoop; crouch; bend and reach above shoulders. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Temperatures can vary from cool to warm depending upon the season. The employee must comply with the assigned location PPE requirements including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, appropriate gloves, clothing and shields for required tasks and closed toed or safety shoes as required by facility safety policies.
Salary: $20 - $35 an hour

Schedule: 8 Hour Shift. Monday to Friday
Shifts: Morning (Required). 1st Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM + OT as needed.
