Part-Time Marketing Program & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Program & Operations Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and enhance brand representation.
Job Description: In this role, you will manage the overall marketing pipeline for our organization including branding, content creation, website redevelopment, SEO implementation, and marketing campaign management. Collaboration with team members is essential to align marketing goals and effectively promote our services.
Key Responsibilities are as followed but not limited to.
Branding & Content Creation: Create a cohesive brand image based on our prior years rebranding initiative and develop visual content aligned with brand messaging for our team to use for various marketing campaigns and initiatives
Website Redevelopment & SEO Implementation: Facilitate and collaborate on the re-design of our website including determining vendor, creating and update content, and optimizing for SEO. Build SEO strategies, including conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and monitoring website performance to drive traffic and enhance search rankings. This is a top priority for our organization in 2025.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, oversee and/ or execute our annual marketing campaign pipeline like brand awareness, direct mail, email marketing, SEO, social media, events, sponsorships, referral and cross promotional along with creating segment lists and monitoring KPI’s
Pipeline, Reporting & Collaboration: Build and maintain a monthly and annual marketing pipeline along with prepare monthly performance reports and work with team members to align all marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or home improvement sectors.
Strong knowledge of website redevelopment and marketing campaigns including direct mail, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
You must be a go-getter and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals.
Work Schedule: This is a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexible hours that can accommodate your schedule. Our preferred schedule is Tuesday through Thursdays, 8:30am to 2pm in our St. Charles office location. This is not a remote position.
