Digital Marketing Assistant – Social Media & Email Marketing

We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Digital Marketing Program Assistant to support our marketing efforts while assisting our front desk and office team.
Job Description: As the Digital Marketing Program Assistant, you will manage social media and email marketing campaigns while providing administrative support to our office team. You will collaborate closely with both the marketing, office and field teams, ensuring effective communication and organization of marketing content and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media:
o Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
o Create, curate, and schedule compelling content showcasing our roofing projects, customer testimonials, and industry insights that resonate with our target audience.
o Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
o Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our roofing services, seasonal offers, and company news. Segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging and higher engagement rates.
o Maintain and update the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Client Communications and Follow-Ups:
o Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails. Schedule follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions regarding our services.
o Assist in managing customer feedback and testimonials, ensuring positive client experiences are documented and shared within the team.
o Support the front desk and office team by answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
o Organize and maintain marketing content, digital files, and physical documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications:
1-5 years Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and client communications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and general office software.
Work Schedule & Pay: This is a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexible hours that can accommodate your schedule. Our preferred schedule is Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays 8am to 12:30pm and Wednesday’s 11:30 to 4. Additional Hours may be available. Pay is based on experience, $17 to $20 per hour.
