Yard Laborer, Forklift Operator

We are Tri-State Cut Stone & Brick Co, and we are looking for a Yard Laborer to join our growing company. Tri-State has been in business for over 60years providing custom limestone, masonry brick, landscaping products, and supporting materials to the construction industry. Our success is due to our ability to adapt to market trends and changes while delivering the best products available. How we have been able to do this is by maintaining our focus on reliability, dependability, and our attention to detail. These are the key traits we are looking for in the candidate to fill this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operating yard equipment safely including forklifts, skid steers, and loaders.

Unloading and storing inbound inventory.

Pulling and loading customer orders.

Cleaning and organizing material yard.

Work independently, and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift 100lbs.

Stand, stoop, reach, and twist with free mobility.

Communicate in English.

Ability to read and understand basic measurements.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable transportation.

Valid Illinois Driver’s License.

Available Monday – Friday, 6a – 4p.

Available to work Saturdays, 6a – 12p, as business needs dictate.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$20.00/hr starting pay.
