Are you detail-oriented and take pride in making spaces shine? We're looking for professional and reliable cleaners to help maintain our Airbnb properties to a high standard. We are looking for professional home cleaners that understand how clean an Airbnb needs to be. We do not need a standard routine domestic cleaning: It has to be spotless, as if it were a hotel! We pay our cleaners a flat rate per cleaning, which take approximately 3 hours. Ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule and enjoy making our apartments look pretty and sharp for guests. Big plus if you have other cleaners that you work with, so that they can be trained an take jobs if you happen to be busy that day.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar role
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends
- Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Own transportation to reach various property locations & Wal-Mart
- Able to communicate effectively with our team via phone & WhatsApp to provide real-time updates, pictures, and videos of issues or completed work
- Respond to calls and texts quickly- Available for last minute cleanings
- Enjoy cleaning and arranging our Airbnb units to look like pretty vacation rentals.
- Travel to jobs fully equipped with your cleaning supplies and products
- Experience in hospitality or short-term rentals is a plus
- Must be reliable and honest about your skill level. We cannot afford to have disappointed guests or tenants- If you can’t do something, just let us know and we will hire a professional that can.
- Approximately 1 cleaning per week to begin. Skilled cleaners will get more jobs. Perfect side gig
- Ideal candidate would live in close proximity to Logan Square / Avondale

Duties Include:
- Go through detailed checklists of everything that needs to be done in an apartment
- Thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Changing bed linens, towels, pillow / mattress covers
- Restocking essentials (soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc)
- Quick turnaround time to ensure properties are guest-ready
- Go shopping when necessary to pick up last minute supplies
- Arranging furniture, towels, and kitchen appliances to look nice for guests’ arrival
- Letting management know when something is damaged or needs to be updated
