Our shop reopened in July 2024, and we’re looking for a Service and Parts Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. We primarily handle fleet maintenance for our mid-sized trucking company, which operates a mix of 45 trucks and refrigerated, dry van, and flatbed trailers. We also have plans to open the shop to the public in the near future.
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory
Order parts
Prepare estimates
Create work orders
Keep our shop management system, Shopmonkey, up to date
Coordinate repairs with mechanics
Assist with picking up parts when needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service and parts management role
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
