Duties/Daily tasks related to successful and prudent operation of the facility
Overlock units in within 2 days of receiving a request
Cut locks for tenants who are locked out that day unless requested by the tenant at a later time
Send pictures of an overlocked unit for auctions to the management team within 2 days of receiving the request
Clean units and dispose of contents within 7 days of receiving the request
Use WhatsApp to communicate with the team, as well as phone and email
Assist customers with any local physical unit or unit access needs that the virtual team cannot complete remotely
Weekly visits to check on the facility’s cleanliness and status of the units.
Promote the facility in a professional manner
other general maintenance tasks requested by the team
BOTG reports directly to the head of operations
