We are seeking Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our culinary team at Taverna Milos - a new Greek restaurant located in The GEM Suites (hotel) in Evanston, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for meal preparation and ensuring food safety standards are met while contributing to our commitment to quality dining experiences.
Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes; ensuring all food handling and safety regulations are followed; and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
