House Manager, Meal Prep Assistant, & Event Help (Note: this is NOT a housekeeping position)

We are a busy family of six with four children (ages 17, 15, 13, and 10), along with a dog, cats, and several outdoor animals including donkeys, goats, and chickens. While we have animals on the property, this role does not include pet care responsibilities. We’re looking for someone to support the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our home running smoothly. We’d love extra help with day-to-day tasks—especially meal preparation, as it helps streamline our week and supports a smooth daily routine.

We also run a family-owned events business, and occasional assistance with in-home event preparation and coordination is part of the role.

You are someone who’s upbeat, efficient, and enjoys bringing order and ease to a household. You’re dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and love checking things off a list. You’re great at taking direction but confident enough to take initiative and ask questions when needed. You show up on time, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping things flow smoothly. A positive attitude and a love of keeping things tidy are a must!
