We have open positions in both the West Loop and South Loop cleaning the common areas of Condominium buildings.
Work Times would be Saturday and Sunday for 4 hours. Starting time can be between 7am and 10am.
Duties will include cleaning common areas such as lobby, hallways, gym, amenities areas, garage area and will include bathroom care, floor care (vacuum and mop), empty garbage, dusting, cleaning stairwells, cleaning counters and table tops, cleaning entry ways including glass, etc.
You should have a strong attention to detail, reliability, efficiency, knowledge of cleaning techniques, physical stamina, professionalism, communication skills, and flexibility. Also looking for someone who is reliable, and consistent in maintaining high standards of work.
Pay will be $19/hour.
