Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator! As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for resume and phone screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting the talent acquisition team. This is a contract role with a potential to go permanent for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Interact with lawyers to schedule training, coordinate speakers, send invites and manage responsesAssist with onboardingSupport a team of recruiters within a high volume environmentScreen resumes and conduct initial virtual and phone screensSchedule interviews with candidates and hiring mangersCoordinate travel arrangements for potential candidatesEvent planning off-site for meetings and trainingsEnsure all data is accurate and inputted into the applicant tracking systemPerform ad hoc projects for the recruiting teamQualifications:At least 1 year of HR/Recruiting Coordination experienceBachelor's Degree preferredExperience with campus recruitment and applicant tracking systems is a plusOutstanding customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skillAbility to catch on quickly to new technologiesBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
