Beacon Hill is hiring! We have partnered with a global firm, with locations in the Chicago Loop and Northern suburbs, in hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to start immediately. This role will be coordinated a high volume of interviews for a busy team of recruiters. The client is looking for someone who has recruiting coordination experience in a fast paced environment and the ideal candidate will be able to work through June, with the possibility of being extended based on the team's needs.Responsibilities:Partner closely with Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers to provide a smooth and efficient hiring processManage multiple schedules of interviews and coordinate across different time zonesTrack and manage candidate progress from first outreach through offer, including; candidate correspondence, meetings & calendaring, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, hosting candidates onsite, and ensuring interviews run smoothlyProvide ad hoc support for recruiting programs and activitiesRequirements:At least 1+ years of experience in a recruiting support role that involved a heavy amount of schedulingBachelor's Degree is highly preferredAttention to detail with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and work under pressureExperience within Workday is preferredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
