Job Description
Eastern Accents is a family owned manufacturer of luxury textiles located in the Avondale area. We have been in business for over 30 years and during this time we have established long-lasting and loyal relationships with our customers, and we plan on keeping it this way, while building new ones too. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant who has excellent communication skills. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum of three years experience in human resources, related experience as an administrative assistant, or experience in a customer service environment required. Associate’s degree preferred.
Qualifications
Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise judgment and initiative, and handle multiple tasks
Experience using ADP Workforce Now a big plus
Ability to handle confidential material and maintain confidence
Keyboarding ability
Proficiency with personal computer and ability to use multiple software applications
Must possess good written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills
Flexibility
Attention to detail
Deadline-oriented
Communication skills
Time management skills
Excellent grammar
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and Spanish
