We are a Natural Wholesale Bakery located on the North Shore of Chicago. We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, team worker to be a PASTRY CHEF for a busy high-volume bakery. Some experience is preferred but we are willing to train!
Responsibilities:
-Decorate and create cakes, cupcakes, pastries, cookies and other baked goods
-Knowledge of Fondant, Butter Cream, Chocolate and Royal Icing decorations are preferred
-Preparing custom orders
-Maintain inventory and production area cleanliness
