We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and ensuring that the dining experience begins on a positive note.
Experience in high volume restaurants preferred, not required.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, enhancing overall guest relations.
