North Center Prime, a brand new premium steakhouse located in the North Center neighborhood of Chicago, is opening soon and looking to build an exceptional team! We focus on quality ingredients, tableside service, and delivering an elegant yet welcoming dining experience.

We are now hiring experienced and passionate individuals for the following positions both Full Time and Part Time:

Chef de Cuisine

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all kitchen operations

- Create and execute seasonal and steakhouse-inspired menus

- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation

- Train and mentor kitchen staff

- Maintain kitchen inventory and ordering

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to maintain a high-performing, professional kitchen environment

- ServSafe certification preferred

Line Cooks

Essential Functions:

- Prepare, produce, and present all menu items according to recipes and plating standards

- Safely and effectively use all kitchen tools and equipment

- Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure

- Maintain food safety and quality standards

- Communicate any delays, shortages, or special requests to Management

Physical Requirements:

- Able to stand for the entire shift

- Lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently, occasionally up to 50 lbs

- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Waitstaff (Servers)

Responsibilities:

- Deliver professional, warm, and attentive service to all guests

- Knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings

- Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system

- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in an upscale dining environment

- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality

- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service

- Weekend and evening availability required

Bussers

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all tables

- Assist servers with water service, bread service, and resetting tables

- Help maintain the overall appearance and flow of the dining room

- Support front-of-house teamwork and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
