We are seeking an experienced PT line cook to work in our high volume and energetic restaurant / bar in Uptown. We like to highlight seasonal ingredients and put a focus on fresh, fast food. Must be able to adapt to a constantly changing and eclectic clientele. You should be able to execute a high volume menu while maintaining quality standards and presentation. Fat Cat is located in the heart of Uptown entertainment district. This is a hourly position with benefits. Nights and weekend brunch shifts available. Qualifications
Experience in working multiple stations
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant
Work under pressure while maintaining quality
Must be able to work weekends
