Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor
Full-Time
A independent boutique hotel that just opened in the heart of downtown Evanston seeking a housekeeping supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a hotel working as a housekeeping supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee housekeeping operations.
Oversee and schedule the daily assignments of Room Attendants.
Inspect staff's work performance within assigned sections daily to ensure that standards and productivity levels are being met and maintained.
Supervise all staff in Housekeeping holding them accountable and responsible for their work performance.
Ensure that associates are at all times attentive, friendly, helpful ,and courteous to all guests managers and other associates.
Communicate to the Front Office availability of rooms and notify the Engineering team of any work orders.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/push up to 50lbs
Ability to stand/walk for long periods
Ability to bend, stretch and twist
