Currently seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team, with breakfast experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, a passion for creating delicious food, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of sandwiches, breakfast dishes, and other menu items according to recipes and customer orders.
- Ensure that all food items are cooked and presented to our high-quality standards.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Assist with menu planning and development, including suggesting new sandwich and breakfast options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and portion control guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role, breakfast preparation.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
