Saigon Sisters Restaurant Group seeks a proficient and seasoned Line Cook to join our team. We are dedicated to establishing ourselves as a leading brand in the Vietnamese/Thai cuisine market, both in the fast-casual sector and the upscale yet casual dining scene.
Requirements:
Demonstrated genuine interest and passion for Vietnamese and Thai cuisine
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Minimum of 10 years of diverse kitchen experience, including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and Expo
Comprehensive understanding of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation practices

Closed on Sundays-Mondays and major holidays
