Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various dishes, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.

Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in meal preparation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items.

Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure safe food handling practices.

Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to support menu planning and execution.

Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.

Participate in catering events as needed, providing support for large-scale meal preparations.

Contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen by assisting with any additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
