We are a fast-growing boutique company specializing in meal delivery services and private event catering, seeking talented chefs to join our team.
This role combines meal preparation during the week with live event execution for private dinners, cocktail parties, and catered gatherings throughout Chicago.
About the Role:
Work across both areas: meal prep + event cooking.
Schedule runs primarily Thursday through Monday.
Weekend availability is required, but not all weekend nights.
Kitchen location: Albany Park (Chicago).
Fast-paced, high-standard environment with room to grow.
Requirements:
Strong cooking fundamentals: knife skills, prep speed, organization.
Creative execution — ability to interpret a dish description and bring it to life without a detailed recipe.
Professional demeanor with clients and team.
Reliable transportation (car required).
Growth Opportunities:

Compensation:
Starting pay: $20/hour for all new hires.
Paid stage at $20/hour required before official hire.
Raises available after 30 days based on performance.
