Job Summary
Clears away dirty dishes, sets tables, delivers food, stocks bar and serves as an assistant to servers, kitchen and bar staff. Ensures our patrons have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service in a safe and efficient manner.
General Duties
Sets tables with clean linens, condiments, utensils, glassware, candles and other supplies.
Wipes & sanitizes tables, seats, etc. with disinfecting cloths or replaces dirty plates and glassware.
Scrapes and stacks dirty dishes and carries dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
Cleans up spilled food or drinks or broken dishes and removes empty bottles and trash.
Maintains adequate supplies of items, such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
Serves ice water to patrons.
Fills beverage and ice dispensers.
Stocks cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refills condiment containers.
Carries food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply departments to serving counters.
Serves food to customers when wait staff needs assistance.
Cleans and polishes counters, shelves, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurant, and mops or vacuums floors.
Job Qualifications
Experience: At least 6 months prior hospitality work.
Sexual Harassment Training Certificate (completed Annually)

Pay Rate
$15.00 plus share of pooled busser tips (2024 Minimum Hourly Wage including tips = $15.00)
Individual Daily Busser Tips are Calculated as 3% of net sales, divided among all bussers, barbacks, food runners, pro rata by hours worked.

Additionally, hourly employees are entitled to receive up to 40 hours of paid time off per year under the company's Sick plan. PTO hours under the Plan are accrued at 0.025/hour worked each year. Up to 40 hours can be carried over from the prior year.
