The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of bartending experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to stay focused and efficient during busy shifts. Responsibilities include crafting drinks, managing cash and credit transactions, keeping the bar area clean and stocked, and engaging with a diverse crowd. We're looking for someone who not only keeps things running smoothly behind the bar, but who also values building strong relationships with customers and providing friendly, personalized service.
