Bartender Manager for Rooftop Bar

Looking for a bartender manager that is able to work Tuesday-Saturday. Tuesday-Thursday: 5pm-10pm, Friday + Saturday: 5pm-12am. Our rooftop bar is an amenity to our hotel as well as open to the public and we host private events. Lead bartender is required to be present on above hours as well as have the first opportunity to host all private events. Looking for someone who can multi-task. On slow days you will be the only one at the bar and will need to serve. Looking for someone who is positive and is an organized structured person with a great personality.
