Amentum is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Help Desk Operator to create work orders and engage maintenance technicians for facilities/production maintenance calls.
Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday 1 pm - 9:30 pm CST; hours may vary based on business demand.
Weekend hours may be scheduled to support our 24/7 operation.
Responsibilities:Input facilities requests into a Work Order Management System via phone calls or email; maintain and update records, reports; and perform other administrative duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three years’ experience working as a helpdesk or customer service field.
6+ months of current or past Amentum help desk experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Able to work remotely from home (high speed internet, quiet work area, limited distractions)
Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.

Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained.
Previous or current work experience as an Amentum help desk operator
Experience dispatching/ logging tickets for trade service technicians.
Maximo/SAP experience
