Technical Support Engineer ( Chicago or Boston )

Reporting to the Director of Technical Support, the Technical Support Engineer provides technical support to our clients and contributes to the implementation of new data collection and reporting applications that leverage the Forsta HX platform.The candidate must possess computer programming skills and have a working knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, JavaScript).  Knowledge of component-based software development, SOAP and REST API Web Services are a plus.Candidates in the Chicago, Boston and South Bend area only can apply.
