An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accredited institution.Must have valid work authorization that does not currently and/or will not require future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Sogeti-Capgemini.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a skilled Data Analysis Business Analyst with expertise in sourcing and working with data to gain key business insights to identify weaknesses, understand strengths and drive business performance optimization process.We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:

A firm understanding of high-tech data analysis and processes that drive and solve business problems to meet existing business needs and engender various business improvements.

Predictive analytics and descriptive analytics to examine and evaluate past occurrences and trends, as well as explore the best strategic reactions and results.

Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to identify, gather, document and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows and data used within those processes.

Translating requirements into functional and data requirements for technical teams performing data integration and management functions and work closely with project managers, developers, architects, and the testing team.

Driving change from idea to delivery including validating resulting change meets the business requirements.

Analytical and detail-oriented with an exceptional ability to grasp complex workflows quickly and completely with numerous use cases and critical business impact.

Working with stakeholders who demand high quality and quick turnaround.

Law or legal domain background highly preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives and challenges and propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.

Research, understand, and document business processes and process flows and data used within those processes.

Perform system to system data mappings needed for data integration and data management technology.

Ability to perform rudimentary data analysis using Excel.

Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational data concepts.

Elicit and capture requirements from key business contacts and ensure documented requirements satisfy business needs (aligning use cases and stories/features to business processes) while addressing all downstream impacts.

Create business requirements and functional specification documentation, process flows, use cases and user stories.

Evaluate how new requirements fit into existing products and/or applications and ensure consistency throughout the product and/or application.

Work with business stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, and others to review and ensure requirements are understood and implemented to meet business needs.
