We prefer this person to be situated in the Cincinnati, OH, Arlington, VA, or Chicago, IL offices to manage projects, staff and to conduct local business development; however, we will also consider a candidate with the right experience working from another location. We are looking to build our practice capabilities in the area of food safety and regulatory compliance on an international level.  You will have the opportunity to support clients from around the world who are looking to commercialize new ingredients and products in the US.If you are a mature seller-doer consultant who cares deeply about doing what is right – for the environment, for society, for your clients, and for your team, and you are looking for access to worldwide expertise, services, and markets, please apply today!Your new roleAs our new Senior Managing Consultant, you will be part of a team that provides risk management and regulatory compliance assistance to an international client base. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:Exercising expertise and competence in product chemistry, regulatory compliance, exposure and risk assessment, toxicology, and/or other relevant disciplines to produce technical reports to clients.Work with senior practitioners to publish articles and make presentations to maintain and/or increase recognition as a subject matter expert by peers in one or more of the above disciplines.Exhibit excellent analytical and verbal and written communication skills.Employ effective project managements skills and client relationship skills to successfully act as a trusted advisor to clients.As a strong leader with good people management skills, provide vision, guidance, mentoring, and training to junior staff.Work with senior practitioners to collaboratively conduct marketing and business development activities to generate and maintain revenues and profits from new or existing clients based on our “seller-doer model”.Collaborate with Health Science and Product Safety and Stewardship practitioners within and outside local business unit and internationally in the management, planning, innovation, marketing, business development, project implementation, recruiting, training, mentoring, and other activities.Your new teamYou will be part of Health Sciences Spearhead within the Environment & Health Division of Ramboll.As part of the team, you will be part of a creative group, filled with people who are really excited about solving clients’ problems and creating sustainable solutions for them. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $135,000 and $195,000.  Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.Work at the heart of sustainable changeRamboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company.
