This program offers talented individuals the opportunity to engage in various parts of the business, interact with management, tackle real business challenges, and cultivate the next generation of leaders.As a Sales Intern, you will rotate through several commercial assignments, including:

Field Sales Representative: Gain an understanding of retail sales by working alongside Field Sales Representatives. This includes selling, merchandising, navigating the retail store environment, order entry, and using technical equipment. You will also job shadow a District Manager to learn management techniques.

Market Development Manager: Collaborate with a Market Development Manager to learn about online training roles, brand objectives, the brand calendar, and mid-month meetings.

Business Intelligence Manager: Work with a Business Intelligence Manager to dive into strategic facets of the business, such as new product launches, 'shock and awe' strategy, pricing and inventory strategy, projecting needs in the field, and acting as a liaison between sales and the Business Units.

Additional Areas: Explore various channels of the business, including Spirits, Fine Wine, Direct to Consumer, and Shopper Marketing, by working with different managers.Throughout the program, you will be responsible for completing assigned projects and presenting your findings to management. Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree; OR have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree.

Required to have a car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned area.

Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire.

Required to be at least 18 years of age or older.

Required to lift and move up to 45-57 pound case of product.

Required to travel up to 40% of the time to perform job duties.

Senior or Junior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
