Busy business owner and mom looking for a great local Personal Assistant. I would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced Personal Assistant who loves organization and enjoys hanging out with a dog, and generally helping out with whatever is needed. Must have a positive spirit and energy.
Duties include
· scheduling personal appointments for myself and dog (grooming, vet),
· booking travel arrangements (flights, hotel, car services, etc.),
· managing my inbox (including drafting and responding to emails),
· keeping my space organized (including files, closets, et al),
· managing returns and other errands (such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, et al),
· order, wrap and shift gifts,
· coordinate travel, schedule, events with my business team,
· packing and unpacking before and after travel,
· light cleaning when needed,
· occasional help with dog, like walking, taking to/from vet/groomer
· occasional travel with me on business trips
My dog is a 3 year old Lha-Tzu. My business is a thriving education services firm with a small remote team.
An ideal schedule would be 12 pm to 4 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please note that my home/office is on third level of building with stairs only.
