People Services Analytics Specialist (remote, contract)

In this role, you can expect to:Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One Model.Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms.
