Description Our client, a highly esteemed law firm, is seeking a Litigation/Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive support during all phases of the litigation process, including case investigation, preparation, and trial. Your key functions will involve managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with courtroom proceedings. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys by managing case files, organizing documents, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines. Conduct thorough legal research using online databases, case law resources, and other sources to support case preparation and strategy development. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses under the supervision of attorneys. Assist in the discovery process by drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions. Review and organize documents produced during discovery. Coordinate witness interviews and depositions, prepare witness lists, and assist attorneys during witness examinations. Assist in preparing trial exhibits, trial binders, and other materials needed for court appearances and trial proceedings. Communicate with clients to provide case updates, request information and documents, and address client inquiries and concerns. Assist attorneys during courtroom proceedings, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and providing administrative support during hearings and trials. Assist in tracking billable hours, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records of time spent on case-related tasks. Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as filing court documents, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.Requirements Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal role is required. Able to travel for cases 3-4 times a year (cases typically last around a week)This position is direct hire, pays competitively, offers a comprehensive benefit package, and is 100% remote with occasional travel.
