Description Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected law firm downtown Chicago who is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial
Conducting pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments
Drafting pleadings, motions and appellate documents
Managing case documents, including organizing and maintaining discovery materials
Preparing for trial by producing binders and other materials
Handling client interactions with professionalism and patience
Filing documents with the courts
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation
Proficiency in legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis
Familiarity with the litigation process and legal terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
