Facilitate Continuous Improvement activities and measurements
Guide team of process owners to ensure success.
Understand and respond to organizational goals related to ITSM performance.
Determine business needs across Rush University Medical Center by engaging in effective business analysis activities
Understand customer needs and preferences and translate them into process improvement
Guide process owners to maintain standards, educate impacted staff, and support high quality IT Service Management practices.
Champion organizational change (including communications, training, and support)
Inform decisions regarding the resources and tools used in the processes, including ServiceNow.
Create and maintain data/reports that reflect process achievements.
Use data and metrics to assess performance, find opportunities for improvement, and identify training needs.
Engage in personal growth and training to maintain knowledge of IT service management and continually enhance leadership skills
Follow all administrative and managerial procedures
Meet Rush University Medical Center requirements for Managers, including annual training.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a manager in a complex IT environment with high volume and competing priorities.
Experience using ServiceNow ITSM tools
ITIL certification(s) with robust knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field. Degrees outside of computer science/information systems are acceptable if there is comparable work experience.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Experience in the health care industry is helpful.
Expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Continuous Improvement is helpful
