We are looking for
Healthcare Business Analyst for our client in Chicago, IL Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst Job Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and develops functional design specifications that include business rules, data mapping tables, logical flow charts, edit logic, etc.
- Usage of industry tools for requirement gathering, business processing modelling, defect/ CR/ Document Control tools.
- Minimum 3+ years Repricing Healthcare/Medical Claims.
- Working knowledge of provider data fields, including rate fields.
- Interpret provider contracts, fee schedules, bundled payments, and alternate payment arrangements.
- Determine a provider’s status as either an in-network or out-of-network provider, load them into the database, and attach the appropriate contracts.
- Understands CPT/ICD10 coding, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies and to tools like TFS or JIRA.
- Planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills.
