Events Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Events Coordinator to join our Chicago team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless experience.Salary:$19.50 - $30.25 per hourKey Responsibilities:Assist in planning and organizing events, including conferences, meetings, and company gatherings.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm bookings and arrangements.Support the creation and distribution of event-related materials such as schedules and invitations.Manage on-site logistics during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain event budgets.Maintain detailed records and reports of events, including post-event evaluations.Communicate with attendees and provide assistance with event-related inquiries.
