Job Description and Responsibilities As a result of continued growth in our business, we have an opening for a Customer Service Representative. Reporting to WaterSaver’s Customer Service Manager, our Customer Service Representatives support all facets of ourcustomerinteractions. The position works closely with the sales team, manufacturing team, and sales reps to ensure that weexceed ourcustomer’s expectations for quality andservice. Specific responsibilities include:

Field all incoming calls and emails.

Answer questions and provide technical support.

Generate price quotes and job bids when needed.

Process incomingcustomerorders.

Work closely with the shop floor to meet delivery requirements.

Resolve any installation or after-sales issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.

Experience in a technical sales environment.

Proficient in MS Office.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record of success in school and work environments.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and put thecustomerfirst.
