CRM/HubSpot Marketing Manager

Seeking candidates located in the Central and Eastern Standard Time zones. We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to manage and execute our customer relationship management (CRM) programs for the FINN Partners’ agency brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing CRM campaigns that foster leads, drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle management, as well as a passion for delivering personalized digital experiences tracked to measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

Build and Execute CRM Programs: Collaborate with our team of channel strategists to design and implement CRM programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, client retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Align CRM initiatives with specific marketing goals and company objectives focusing on data management, customer segmentation, and the implementation of targeted campaigns across channels.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel, multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, digital, paid and organic social. Utilize customer segmentation and behavior analysis to deliver targeted messaging.

Customer Data Management: Help maintain, organize, and optimize customer data within the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation for personalized communication. Collaborate with senior strategists to align customer data with the appropriate campaign goals.

Customer Segmentation: Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to personalize communication and offers. Use data-driven insights to refine segmentation and targeting.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze CRM campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to agency practice leaders and FINN senior management on key metrics such as client acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.

Legal Compliance and Data Security: Ensure all CRM activities comply with legal standards, particularly regarding data privacy laws, including opt-in and GDPR. Maintain the highest level of security and integrity of customer data, implementing rigorous checks and balances to protect sensitive information.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including practice leaders, business development, and the agency marketing team, to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business goals.

Data Integrity and Optimization: Oversee the use and optimization of HubSpot CRM tools and platforms. Ensure the integrity and security of customer data within the CRM system.

Support Journey Mapping: Assist strategist by providing customer data and insights for the creation of customer journey maps and overall lifecycle strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on CRM best practices, features, and technologies. Continuously test, learn, and optimize CRM strategies to improve performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or degree or equivalent working experience.

5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns. Agency experience a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), email marketing platforms, and data analytics tools. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and marketing automation.

Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and derive actionable insights.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Must be a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to follow-through on tasks.

Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment, while ensuring that deliverables are received on time and documented.

Basic understanding of data privacy laws and compliance practices.
