We’re seeking a talented Content Strategy Director to join our dynamic integrated marketing team. In this role, you will develop comprehensive content strategies that guide audiences seamlessly through the customer journey—from awareness to conversion—while aligning with priority personas, product innovations, and key campaign objectives. You will also have the opportunity to build and lead a team of content strategists that scale these content best practices across various programs.  As the bridge between high-level campaign plans and content execution, you and your team will transform strategic inputs such as audience insights, product messaging, and business goals into impactful, actionable strategies and detailed recommendations for content types and distribution channels. Your work will ensure that the right content reaches the right audience through the most effective channels, driving engagement and measurable results.  You will be at the forefront of content and market trends by closely monitoring industry developments, competitor strategies, audience consumption patterns, and emerging channel features, using these insights to strengthen ServiceNow’s content strategies and solidify its position as a leader in AI-powered business transformation. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration, ensuring strong partnerships with Global Brand Marketing on content creation as well as channel owners and other key stakeholders to effectively connect insights and strategy to execution and measurement.   We're seeking a visionary marketer who redefines the boundaries of B2B content strategy, relentlessly pursues innovative ideas, and fosters a culture of creativity and bold thinking within their team. Key Responsibilities  Build High-Performing Team:  Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by providing clear direction, empowering team members, and ensuring ongoing development and support. Lead the recruitment and selection of exceptional talent for any open roles on team, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience to drive success.  Develop and implement best practices, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards across the team. Develop Comprehensive Content Strategies:  Utilize performance, sales and market data to craft strategic end-to-end narratives that address unique customer pain points while consistently reinforcing our value proposition Craft and execute end-to-end data-driven, measurable content strategies that align with campaign goals, business objectives, and global/regional priorities, ensuring a connected user experience across the customer journey.  Drive innovation in content planning:  Proactively identify and incorporate emerging content trends, channel features, and new formats to keep strategies innovative, competitive, and aligned with industry advancements.  Create detailed content recommendations:  Provide guidance on content types (e.g., videos, blogs, social media, podcasts, interactive tools) based on consumption data and recommended distribution channels to effectively engage target audiences and achieve campaign KPIs.  Collaborate cross-functionally:  Partner with campaign managers, creative directors and digital leads to ensure consistent and connected content implementation and measurement across all campaign touchpoints.  Collaborate closely with Product & Solutions Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with audience priorities and highlights key product differentiation. Partner with Sales to gather insights on what prospects perceive as gaps in the content journey, leveraging this feedback to refine and enhance content planning. Champion Elite Content:  Partner with creative leads to ensure executed content is on strategy, with differentiated, engaging messaging & CTAs that will resonate with customer needs at each stage of the funnel.  Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance:  Actively review content performance data and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights and refine strategies for continuous iteration and improvement.  Support Operational Excellence:  Collaborate with project management to ensure efficient workflows, resource allocation, timeline management, and adherence to budgets for all content-related initiatives.  Contribute to and maintain content playbooks containing best practices and learnings to ensure consistent optimizations across campaigns.
