AV Support TechnicianThis is a contract position.This is an onsite opportunity in Chicago, IL.About this positionAre you experienced in providing AV support for executive-level meetings and video conferencing? This onsite role supports daily AV operations at a corporate office. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless presentation experiences using Crestron NVX systems and other AV/VTC technologies. Job ResponsibilitiesProvide AV and video conferencing support for meetings and executive presentationsSet up, operate, and maintain AV/VTC equipment including cameras, microphones, and playback/recording toolsPrepare and reset conference rooms, display briefing materials, and operate PowerPoint or video contentCoordinate AV scheduling, reservations, and remote collaboration with distant-end locationsTroubleshoot AV system issues and perform routine operational testing and maintenanceJob Skills/Requirements5+ years of AV/VTC support experience in a client-facing environmentProficient in Crestron Integration and NVX AV over IP systemsSkilled in video conferencing technology, AV room setup, and content presentationAbility to perform fault isolation, basic AV system maintenance, and support executive-level eventsStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsWhy should you apply?Work in a professional and collaborative onsite environment, gain experience with enterprise-level AV technologies, and contribute to high-visibility meetings and events.Pay Range:Pay Range: $25–$30/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
