With over $5 billion in revenue and more than 17,000 employees in 600 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions.Overview of Position:The Associate HRIS Analyst will assist in supporting HUB’s HCM business processes by leveraging their experience in Workday. This role focuses on helping to ensure the smooth operation of the Workday Human Capital Management System while meeting the needs of both employees and the business. This hands-on position requires a working knowledge of HR Information Systems, particularly Workday, with exposure to areas like Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and or recruiting. The Associate HRIS Analyst will manage the Workday Help ticketing queue, provide tier 1 support and assist with system configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.Key Responsibilities include:

Assist with Workday configuration and support across various modules, such as Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Absence.

Help manage regular Workday updates and releases by reviewing release notes and testing system changes.

Respond to HRIS support requests, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with resolving tickets.

Assist with Workday Help knowledge and case management tool

Provide user support by answering questions and offering guidance on system navigation and usage.

Collaborate with HR teams to gather system requirements and assist with process improvements.

Help maintain and update HRIS documentation, including user guides and process manuals.

Support ad-hoc reporting needs and data analysis to assist decision-making.

Assist with the training of system users and development of job aids and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Human Resources, Business) OR 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.

1+ years of hands-on experience with Workday required

Familiarity with Workday modules such as HCM, Performance & Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, or Benefits.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Customer service orientation with a willingness to assist others. Insurance industry experience is an asset.

Experience with change management is a plus.
