Part Time - Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule appointments.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling.
Manage and update the company calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Monitor and adjust schedules as needed based on priority changes.
Provide administrative support to team members as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in scheduling and/or administrative roles is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
