Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
● Process orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system
● Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries
● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
● Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
● Previous experience in customer service or a related field
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
