Action Auto Services Inc. is seeking an organized and efficient customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our office. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and well-organized work environment.
Duties include: Greeting customers, answering phones, sscheduling appointments, invoicing customers, accepting payment, managing paperwork and files, other office tasks as needed.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Hours are:
Monday through Friday
9 am to 2pm
Compensation:
$15.00 hourly
Immediate hiring is preferred.
