Job description

Customer Support/Account Manager

We are a uniform and retail garment manufacturer. We are looking for a dedicated and super responsible customer support person who can link, inventory, account management, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely production and order flow for all orders. A person that will manage a few accounts from order entry to order follow through and shipment to make sure all orders are processed as quickly as possible and without issue. A person who is well versed in speaking with customers and resolving issues. The qualified person would be a super-efficient, hard-working team member who will make sure all inventories are projected through a few months. Answer customer' questions, resolve issues, and perform full order follow-through. A person who is looking to grow and take on more responsibility with as you get hands on experience.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers and preparing orders/tracking orders

- Be able to actively troubleshoot any issues with orders and multi-task with multiple phone calls at one time

-Ship out expedited orders and order processing

- Updating inventory databases, reporting raw material used and finished garment production.

- Create Purchase Orders/Sales/Invoices Orders using Quickbooks

- Must be willing to learn and gradually obtain more tasks through the job duration

- Be efficient and effective with tasks in order to get more tasks assigned to them

Job Qualifications:

-Extreme attention to detail and accuracy, as well as ability to prioritize and make quick decisions. Be resourceful.

-Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented; highly detail oriented and meticulous

-Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

-Extremely honest and trustworthy with highest integrity

-Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel and office products

-Dual language speaking is a plus.
