Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to join our residential paint company. As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including, sales, estimates, coordinating with subcontractors, collecting payment, and customer service. You will play a key role in driving business growth through sales, managing the business, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
This job is completely remote and will require travel through the Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business strategies
- Manage Social media presence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a business and driving growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of financial management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Spanish is a plus but not required
- Must have a car
We will start off compensation based off a small percentage of total monthly revenue through contract. Once revenue is doubled, we start the hiring process hire, salary will double. This candidate will also receive commission on any and every sale they complete.
This is a small startup and you can achieve a high income as long as you put in the work. This is a position based purely on performance.
