We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager (FOH) for a northshore establishment. This role includes coordinating all front of house (FOH) operations; managing the front of house (FOH) staff & creating relationships with guests.
You must have at least 3 years of (current) experience as a FOH restaurant manager (in a high-volume restaurant environment.)
FOH Manager Responsibilities:
Manage all FOH staff includes hiring, training, development, and firing.
Coordinate all FOH restaurant operations with a highly-skilled BOH team and bar manager.
Ensure high-quality and enjoyable guest experiences.
Manage customer issues/complaints.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a FOH manager in a high-volume environment.
Must be able to work with highly-experienced kitchen staff.
Excellent customer service skills.
Polished communication, management, and organizational skills.
Embody leadership and professionalism.
Be a true leader and team player.
Upscale restaurant experience preferred.
